In the early stages of your PR, marketing, social media or content career? Theory Crew is seeking an Account Executive to join our growing team!

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years’ experience across PR, influencer marketing, social media or content creation who is looking for their next step.

You’ll support our Account Managers and Account Directors across a mix of integrated PR, influencer and social campaigns, while also being hands‑on in creating content for some of Australia’s most exciting brands.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable jumping behind a camera or phone to capture social content. You don’t need to be a professional photographer or videographer, but you should have a valuable creative eye, be confident shooting basic content and be comfortable editing and creating assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of integrated PR, influencer marketing, social media and content campaigns
- Create and capture social-first content for clients, including basic photography and video shoots
- Edit and resize content for different social platforms using Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
- Assist with content and shoot planning, including shot lists, props, products, locations and basic production requirements
- Develop media assets under guidance, including press releases, media fact sheets, tailored pitches, opinion pieces and other communications materials
- Proactively and reactively support media outreach to generate quality coverage in line with client strategies
- Develop influencer assets including influencer agreements, pitches, briefing documents and talent lists
