Why this is an exciting opportunity

At HUB24, we're focused on creating smarter ways of working through technology, automation, and AI. We're looking for a hands-on technology leader to join our Business Enablement Technology team and help scale practical, secure, and business-focused AI and automation solutions across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Technology – Business Enablement, you'll lead a small multidisciplinary team while remaining close to delivery. As the 2IC for the function, you'll play an significant role in shaping strategy, supporting stakeholders, and operationalising AI, automation, workflow and low-code solutions that improve productivity and create meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead and develop a team of AI, automation and business enablement specialists in a hands-on player-coach capacity.
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, Technology and other business units.
- Drive the delivery and operationalisation of AI applications, automations and low-code solutions from concept through to production.
