The role:

Join a dynamic team delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive alcohol and other drugs (AOD) services in remote communities. Supportservice delivery in Tennant Creek and surrounding areas within a multidisciplinary team, offering timely, culturally appropriate mental health and substance use services, while providing leadership and mentoring to dedicated professionals.

Requirements:

n
- Social Work Degree & AASW registration
n
- Extensive experience in clinical services related to mental health and substance use
n
- Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture and effective work with diverse backgrounds
n
- Strong communication, leadership and supervision skills
n
- Ability to manage a high-volume, complex workload
n
- Police Check and Ochre Card required
