Greystar is seeking a confident Regional Operations Manager to lead operations across our Victoria and ACT portfolio, overseeing premium Build-to-Rent and student accommodation assets. The role requires guiding on-site teams and driving solid commercial performance across multiple sites.
You will manage budgets, forecasts and NOI in collaboration with Finance, ensure WHS and tenancy compliance, and build durable relationships with university partners, leasing agents and investors to protect the
