A rare opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic self-starter seeking a dynamic property management role in a privately owned luxury apartment complex.

The role removes so much of the hard slog of a traditional PM role as full corporate and management support deals with accounts and so much more.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage an existing rental portfolio

Focus on lease compliance and renewal

Liase with other teams

Manage vacancies and movements within the portfolio

Follow company policies and procedures to ensure full compliance within the portfolio

Requirements

Experience in property management

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work autonomously with a can-do attitude

This is a permanent full-time position with the possibility of 9-day fortnight flexibility.
