Bega Group in Hobart's Lenah Valley site is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead dairy production for a fixed 12–18 month parental leave backfill. The role focuses on safe, effective manufacturing, meeting safety, quality, service and financial targets.

As a member of the Site Steering Group, you will build team capability, drive continuous improvement and lead change to deliver operational excellence in a high-volume dairy operation. Relocation support available.
