Metricon Homes in Queensland seeks a results-driven sales management qualified to support the regional west team from Logan, Ipswich and out to Scenic Rim & Toowoomba with delivering QLD sales initiatives.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will develop and implement sales strategies, coach a team of sales professionals, drive leads, appointments, deposits and SOC signings, and ensure detailed reporting while maintaining a customer-focused culture.
