- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, supplier agreements, contractor agreements and NDAs
- Partner with Sales, Procurement, Delivery and Operations teams to provide practical legal advice and support commercial outcomes
- Support corporate governance, compliance initiatives, policies and business-wide legal matters
- Assist with legal risk management and dispute resolution
- Engage with external legal advisers
- Maintain legal templates, playbooks, processes and knowledge resources
- Provide guidance on privacy, data protection, technology procurement and regulatory obligations
- Work with the General Counsel on strategic business initiatives and legal projects

Requirements

- Admission to practise law in Australia
- Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in commercial, corporate or technology-focused legal practice
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Strong ability to balance legal risk with commercial outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- High integrity, sound judgement and a collaborative working style
- Previous in-house legal experience (highly desirable)
- Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS or reseller environments (highly desirable)
- Experience supporting privacy,



data protection or compliance initiatives (highly desirable)
- Exposure to corporate governance, legal operations or dispute resolution matters (highly desirable)
