Job Description

Snow Australia seeks a senior leader to develop and drive its national Athlete Development Framework, spanning emerging talent to high performance across all Olympic and Paralympic snowsport disciplines.

You will work with coaches, national institutes, and partners to design pathway programmes, identify talent, set standards, and deliver system-wide improvements across 14 disciplines.
