The Role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Customer Care Consultant to provide phenomenal customer service within our Gladstone Trade Store!

n

This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact in-store. We're seeking someone with solid retail/customer service experience who is comfortable engaging with customers face-to-face and working closely within a team to keep the store running efficiently.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Provide face-to-face customer service as the primary focus of the role
n
- Assist customers with product selection and provide practical advice on industrial products
n
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised shopfloor
n
- Support stock replenishment, stocktakes, and merchandising activities
n
- Safely handle and move stock (including items up to required weight limits)
n
- Identify and escape customer or operational issues when needed
n
- Work collaboratively to maintain a safe, efficient, and supportive team environment
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience in retail, trade, or customer-facing roles (ideally with exposure to merchandising and/or replenishment) is desirable but not necessary for success in this role
n
- Proactive and reliable personality with an emphasis on wanting to making your workplace better
n
- Physically capable of handling stock safely (according to QLD workplace guidelines)
