As the Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for controlling access to the site and ensuring all personnel, contractors, suppliers, and visitors comply with site protocols.

Your new role

- Managing daily site access arrangements
n
- Monitoring contractor and visitor sign-in/sign-out processes
n
- Maintaining security and preventing unauthorised access
n
- Coordinating access requirements across multiple stakeholder groups
n
- Managing key registers, access cards and security controls
n
- Conducting site inspections and security checks
n
- Completing opening and closing procedures
n
- Escalating security, safety, or operational issues as required
n
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the site
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
- Previous experience in facilities, property, construction, security, operations, or site coordination
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
n
- Experience working with contractors and visitors in a controlled environment
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative systems
n
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (desirable)
n
