As Sharon AI continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technical, infrastructure and platform projects across the business.

Working closely with engineering, operations, product and executive teams, this role will be responsible for bringing structure, accountability and delivery excellence to a broad portfolio of initiatives, including software development, infrastructure deployments, platform enhancements and enterprise customer engagements. This is an exciting opportunity for a project management professional who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and enjoys working across technical and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, product, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee RFI, RFP and tender processes, particularly for government, enterprise and infrastructure-related projects.
- Track project performance, milestones and deliverables, providing clear reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure technical and business requirements are clearly defined, documented and delivered.
- Support capacity planning and resource forecasting activities across multiple projects.
- Maintain strong project governance including documentation, reporting, risk registers, decision logs and change controls.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best-practice project delivery frameworks.
- Support infrastructure deployments and technology projects across data centre and cloud environments.

What We're Looking For

- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years' experience delivering technical projects within technology, infrastructure, cloud or software environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, scheduling and budgeting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working closely with technical teams throughout the software development or infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
- Robust risk management and problem-solving capability.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Planner or similar platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Highly organised, proactive and outcome-focused.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within AI, cloud, data centre or high-performance computing environments.
- Exposure to government, enterprise or infrastructure-related projects.
- Experience managing vendors, procurement activities and third-party delivery partners.
- Understanding of infrastructure deployment, capacity planning and operational readiness.
