SALARY

$68,042 per annum (pro rata), plus 12% superannuation

Education / Experience
n
n
- Demonstrated experience in a ticketing, box office or customer service leadership role in festivals, events or venues.
n
- Experience supervising staff in high-pressure or fast paced operational contexts.
n
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Red61 or similar).
n
- Strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office, Google Suite and digital tools.
n
- Ability to work evenings,
weekends and public holidays across a rotating roster during February and March 2027.
n
- Current Police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
n
- Experience in an open-access arts festival. (desirable)
