Job Description

The Salvation Army's Barwon AOD & Mental Health Services program is seeking a Program Manager to lead residential and community-based initiatives across Barwon. Based in Corio, VIC with adaptable work arrangements, you will drive outcomes, manage budgets, and develop workforce capability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will bring qualifications in health or community services, a track record in AOD or mental health leadership, and a commitment to collaborative service delivery
