Job Description

Western Health is seeking a GEM at Home junior doctor for Sunshine Hospital to deliver geriatric care at home under mentorship from an Advanced Trainee and a Geriatrician. The role offers flexibility in working days (FT or PT) and runs for the 2027 clinical year with supportive learning opportunities.

You will provide patient care within a multidisciplinary team, conduct telehealth calls, liaise with inpatient teams, and complete home-based admissions, reviews and discharge summaries while
