Job Description

Nando's Australia PTY LTD is seeking a Head of Design to lead restaurant design across Australia and Recent Zealand. This 12-month parental leave cover reports to the Chief Development Officer and directs a Design Coordinator, overseeing new builds, refurbishments and innovation projects to bring the brand to life.

You will balance creativity with commercial outcomes, partner with Development, Construction and Operations teams, and guide external architects and design partners while maintaining
