Job Description

Regional Workforce Management (RWM) is seeking a Site Manager to be based onsite at a client location in Wingham, NSW. You will oversee people welfare, onboarding, probationary checks, and HR processes, while coordinating payroll reconciliations and worker mobilisation under the Pacific Labour Scheme.

The role requires solid people leadership, administration/HR experience, a valid driver's licence, and willingness to obtain required checks and vaccinations.
