Casual Early Childhood Educators | Deer Park

We're on the lookout for experience and passionate, certificate III and diploma qualified Early Childhood Educators

You are an experienced and passionate Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator who feels confident stepping into a room, building strong relationships quickly, and supporting high-quality practice from day one. You bring a calm, capable presence, love collaborating with teams, and are confident supporting children through their most important learning years (0–5).
You understand how to balance care, routines, and learning, and you’re someone services can rely on to jump in, support the team, and create engaging environments where children feel safe, settled, and inspired.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience working with children aged0–5 yearsin an approved early learning setting
- Minimum 1 year experienceworking as an Early Childhood Educator, with strong preference for experienced Diploma educators
- Confidence working across different age groups and rooms
- Ability to build rapport quickly with children, families, and centre teams
- Ability to provide2 Recent industry-relevant references (One of which is a Director)
- Access to your own car; availability to travel up to45 minutesto accept shifts





Qualifications (one or more of the following):

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching

Compliance Requirements:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC) orVIT Registration
- First AidHLTAID012including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- National Police Check(or willingness to obtain)
- DoFoodSafely Certificate
- Foundations and Advanced GECCKO Child Safety Training
