Town Planner & Senior Town Planner – Emerging Practice in Sydney. Salary: $85K–$110K + super (depending on experience). Location: Sydney CBD office, next to public transport. This established consultancy—well-regarded for its design-led approach and excellence in development advisory—has recently expanded into Sydney, adding to its solid presence across multiple states. With an exciting pipeline of national projects predominantly mixed-use, commercial and large scale residential, they're now looking to grow the team based in Sydney CBD.

Positions available for experienced Town Planner (2-4 years of experience) and Senior Town Planner (4+ years of experience).

Responsibilities

n

You'll be working directly with an experienced Director on diverse planning projects, from greenfield to complex urban development work, while benefiting from the backing of a 30+ person team interstate.

Ideal candidate

n





Ideal for planners with 2–4 years' experience (preferably in consulting), this role offers genuine growth potential as the Sydney office continues to expand.
