Located in a peaceful part of Albany, Juniper Korumup is a well-established aged care home providing culturally respectful and person-centred care for up to 72 residents. Juniper Korumup is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our supportive team in a Permanent Full-time Time position working 5 days per week.

n

As a Physiotherapist at Juniper Korumup, you will work closely with residents, families and the broader care team to deliver high-quality physiotherapy services that enhance quality of life and support positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments, create personalized care plans,



and implement effective strategies for your clients
n
- Design individual and group exercise programs to keep clients motivated and engaged
n
- Provide equipment assessments and recommendations to promote independence and well-being
n
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes
n
- Maintain accurate records to ensure seamless care coordination
n
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and Therapy Assistants
n

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
n
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning and service delivery
n
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
n
- Sound computer skills and experience maintaining accurate clinical records
n
