This role would suit either an entry-level candidate looking to build a career in Property Management or an experienced Assistant Property Manager ready to take the next step.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the management of a residential property portfolio
- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio administration
- Coordinating routine inspections and property reports
- Assisting with leasing and tenancy processes
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders
- Coordinating maintenance requests and following up repairs
- Assisting with arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
- Preparing and maintaining property documentation
- Supporting CMAs and regular vendor reporting with AI technology
- Using 360-camera technology for property inspections and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and Inspection Express
- Providing professional customer service to landlords and tenants
- Supporting the broader Property Management team as required

- Entry-level or experienced Property Management candidate

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
- Previous PropertyMe or Inspection Express experience highly regarded
