Role Description

We are looking for motivated, reliable and experienced Certifying Staff Cat. B1.3 and C to join the main station in Emden, supporting Leonardo AW139 and AW169 aircraft.

The role is suited to experienced licensed engineers who can work independently, maintain high standards of safety and airworthiness, and take responsibility for aircraft maintenance and certification activities in an operational environment.

You will

- Ensure the highest standards of safety and airworthiness
- Carry out daily aircraft servicing and maintenance in accordance with Approved Maintenance Data
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance as required
- Correct known discrepancies affecting airworthiness and implement corrective actions in accordance with company procedures
- Accurately document discrepancies, maintenance performed and Post Maintenance Check requirements
- Ensure aircraft technical log and work order/card entries are correct, clear and complete
- Verify that installed parts are airworthy and meet applicable Type Certificate requirements
- Ensure required special tools are correctly calibrated and record torque wrench serial numbers where required
- Record inspection measurements on the relevant work cards
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and comply with HS&E; and PPE requirements
- Ensure continuous adherence to company policies and procedures

Essential Requirements

Required Role Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance activity, with relevant experience on Leonardo AW139 and/or AW169 aircraft preferred.

Maintenance Qualification / Licence

Part 66 Cat. A, B1.3 and/or C Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Type rating on Leonardo AW139 and/or AW169 preferred.

Work Rights

EU working rights are required for permanent employment. UK candidates may be considered for contract opportunities, subject to eligibility.

Location / Availability

Based at the main station in Emden, Germany. Flexible roster available, with the main working pattern being 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off.

Additional Requirements

Ability to effectively operate specialised tools and equipment used for aircraft and aircraft engine maintenance.

Skills

Knowledge of applicable safety procedures, aeronautical rules and regulations, maintenance materials, manuals, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, advisory circulars, human factors,



human performance limitations, and applicable operational approvals, privileges and restrictions.

Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
