We are seeking a skilled Beauty Therapist & Eyelash Technician to join our team at Allure Aesthetics Studio in Morningside, Queensland. You must have enough experience to work independently and without constant supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including eyebrow waxing, lamination, lash and brow tinting and lash lifts.
- Apply eyelash extensions and provide aftercare advice to clients.
- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Maintain clientele and encourage re-booking
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Manage client bookings and maintain accurate records of treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client experience.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist and Eyelash Technician.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Solid attention to detail and a passion for the beauty industry.
