We’re partnering with a high-growth EdTech company on a Business Development Manager role to own the QLD region.

This is a true “hunter” position — perfect for someone who enjoys building pipeline, opening doors, and winning new business.

You’ll be selling into schools, universities, and education groups, helping them modernise classroom technology and improve learning outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

Own and grow the QLD territory

Drive new business across schools, universities, and education groups

Build pipeline through outbound, networking, and partnerships

Run full sales cycles from first meeting through to close

Work closely with leadership on go-to-market strategy in the region

What we’re looking for





Proven BDM / AE experience in a new business role

Strong hunting mentality — comfortable generating your own pipeline

Experience selling into education OR selling tech into a structured / multi-stakeholder environment

Confident managing longer sales cycles and multiple decision-makers

Self-starter who can operate autonomously
