The Role

Reporting to the Program Director, you'll own the end-to-end benefits framework: partnering with commercial and finance leaders to size opportunities, validate realised results, and keep leadership honest about pace, ambition and risk. It's a rare blend of commercial rigour and genuine influence, sitting at the centre of one of the organisation's most important transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with commercial leaders to quantify value, set baselines and validate realised advantages
- Own the end-to-end benefits framework, driving consistency and accuracy in measurement and reporting
- Provide insight and challenge on pace of delivery,



ambition and emerging risk
- Lead continuous improvement of benefits tracking tools and reporting processes
- Support the development of KPIs and performance measures across workstreams
- Prepare benefits reporting and forecasts for C-suite governance forums
- Partner with FP&A; on monthly, annual and planning-cycle reporting

About You

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline
- 5 years in commercial finance, FP&A;, management accounting, business performance or consulting
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with messy or complex data
- Comfortable operating at C-suite level, able to translate complexity into a clear, defensible point of view
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Power BI, Power Apps or similar reporting tools highly regarded
