Key Responsibilities:

- Set targets, goals and branch performance expectations.
- Lead sales, new business development and client engagement.
- Support key client relationships and oversee customer satisfaction.
- Identify key areas of business and operational improvement, driving required change
- Monitor business metrics, budgets and forecasting.
- Manage team performance and operational workflows.
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality standards.
- Establish a strong industry network and increase branch visibility at industry events.

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of operations and sales experience,



within blue collar labour hire and recruitment or similar
- Experience managing a team of salespeople, account managers and managing a sales pipeline
- Strong understanding of key industries and clients within civil, industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehousing
- Ability to lead through change & influence stakeholders
- Experience in managing performance and business metrics
- Strong communication and commercial lens
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
- Profit and loss exposure is highly regarded
