North Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Every day, millions of guests visit our venues to play, compete and win. The prizes they take home are a huge part of that experience, and that's where you come in.

We're looking for a commercially savvy Buyer to join our team on a 12-month contract. You'll be responsible for sourcing the toys, collectibles, trending products and must-have prizes that keep our redemption stores exciting, relevant and irresistible.

If you're part trend hunter, part negotiator and part data nerd, keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Building and managing exciting merchandise and prize ranges across our venues

Sourcing the latest toys, collectibles and trending products guests will love

Negotiating with suppliers to secure great products, competitive pricing and reliable supply

Using sales and inventory data to identify opportunities and make smart commercial decisions

Working with Marketing, Social Media and Operations teams to successfully launch and promote new products

Keeping a close eye on market trends, emerging products and competitor activity

Managing forecasting, replenishment, stock levels and product lifecycle planning





Helping create engaging prize experiences that keep guests coming back for "just one more game" What You'll Bring Experience in Buying, Merchandise Planning, Category Management or a similar commercial role

Robust analytical skills and confidence using data to make buying decisions

Exceptional supplier relationship and negotiation skills A commercial mindset with a focus on sales, margin and inventory performance
