Change Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Change Analyst to join a large, complex transformation program focused on finance and procurement.

Working closely with the Change Lead, program stream leads and business stakeholders, you’ll play a hands-on role in translating process and system changes into practical impacts for people, teams and business areas.

The program includes enterprise platforms such as D365 Finance, Coupa and EPM, so this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across technology, process and people change. You’ll be expected to personally develop high-quality change materials, engage with stakeholders, facilitate sessions and take ownership of your deliverables in a fast-moving program environment.

What you’ll be doing

- Reviewing and refining change impacts as the solution develops
- Translating process and system changes into explicit impacts by role, team and business area
- Supporting role-impact analysis, audience segmentation and training needs analysis
- Working with SMEs, stream leads and business representatives to validate impacts
- Developing targeted communications, presentations, leader briefings,



FAQs and Change Champion materials
- Preparing and facilitating workshops, briefings and stakeholder sessions
- Supporting business readiness, training, go-live, adoption and transition activities
- Tracking change actions, risks, dependencies and emerging delivery issues
- Using Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Copilot and other digital tools to develop high-quality change content

About you

You’ll ideally bring

- Experience supporting change within multi-stream projects or transformation programs
- Strong hands-on experience across change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications and readiness
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders, SMEs, stream leads and operational stakeholders
- Strong written communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- The ability to work proactively and progress deliverables from broad direction
- Experience working within a large, complex organisation
- Strong Microsoft 365, PowerPoint and SharePoint capability
