We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support two critical initiatives within a leading higher education environment. This role will play a key part in driving the successful adoption of major HR legislative and strategic changes, alongside the implementation of mandatory training programs required.

Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you will design and deliver change strategies, drive engagement, support leadership teams, and ensure sustainable adoption of current processes, systems, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities using structured methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Engage and support leaders, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle
- Conduct change impact and organisational readiness assessments, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Develop and deliver communications, awareness campaigns, training programs, and engagement activities
- Monitor adoption metrics, behavioural trends, and change KPIs to drive continuous improvement




- Provide change reporting and updates to governance forums and project leadership groups

Key Skills:

- Proven experience delivering large-scale organisational or technology-enabled change programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across executive, operational, and diverse user groups
- Experience developing change strategies, readiness assessments, and resistance management plans
- Ability to define, measure, and report on adoption and business outcomes using data-driven insights
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering communications, training, and engagement initiatives
- Experience working within complex, highly regulated, compliance, government, education, or enterprise environments
