Analyst and Campaign Executive: Industrial Real Estate (Capital Markets)
An exciting prospect to join a high-performing Capital Markets team in Sydney. This is a genuine dual remit across analysis and marketing: you'll price and model the assets, then help take them to market. A key support role on major commercial transactions, contributing directly to exceptional client outcomes.
What you'll do
Analysis
- Financial modelling and asset pricing (DCF, capital valuation models)
- Maintain the CRM, sales evidence database, and team track record
- Liaise with valuers, solicitors, and conjunctional agents
Marketing and campaign
- Prepare IMs, submissions, executive summaries, and campaign collateral
- Drive campaign delivery from listing to settlement, including timelines, budgets, and agency liaison
- Produce press releases, LinkedIn content, and client-facing presentations
- Manage listing copy, photography, floorplans, and digital channels
- Support pitch and tender material for new business
What we're looking for
- Commercial property experience is essential
- Tertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Experience in commercial property, ideally in an advisory, transactions, or campaign marketing role
- Strong written skills across submissions, marketing copy, and client correspondence
- Valuations experience and financial modelling capability
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Design or digital marketing exposure (InDesign, Canva, email platforms) well regarded
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
