Working closely with the founders and Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will lead across organisational design, workforce planning, performance and reward, talent and succession, leadership capability,
culture and engagement, and HR operations.

- Shape a high-performance culture with clear accountability, strong engagement and an exceptional employee experience.
- Build scalable People systems, processes and governance to support increasing headcount, complexity and growth.
- Strengthen organisational maturity and People infrastructure to support future investment and capital readiness.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the Managing Director, founders and Executive Leadership Team.
- Translate the founders’ vision into practical People initiatives and ensure they are successfully embedded across the organisation.
