Commercial Analytics Team Leader, Corporate Finance ANZ The opportunity

You'll join a team of high performers who rely on collaboration, adaptability and continuous improvement to achieve market-leading outcomes.

This is a genuine leadership seat in our business. You'll directly influence a brand's numbers by partnering with local and global executive and finance business partners, and you'll be in the room when the commercial calls get made. We trust you to run your own work, so you won't be watched over or measured by the hours you clock, you'll be measured by the quality of what you deliver and the calls you help the business make.

And because we're a high transactional volume business with real data infrastructure behind us, you'll have room to build and automate rather than just maintain, so the analytically strong don't go backwards.

Here's where we're different. We back your qualification and pay for your CA or CPA membership, and we invest in an individualised learning and development pathway plus full access to LinkedIn Learning. We also promote from within, fast.

Our finance leaders didn't come in at the top, they grew here. With hundreds of finance leaders across 28 countries, the path from Management Accountant to Finance Leader to CFO is real, well-trodden and closer than you'd think. And it's global.

As you progress, there are genuine opportunities to move across countries and brands. This isn't a single office with a ceiling. It's a network, and your career can travel through it.
