This is a full‑time, Max Term Contract with delivery through to March 2027. You’ll be based in our Hays Sydney CBD office.
As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance, workforce capability and sustainable growth. Leveraging workforce insights, market intelligence and commercial acumen, you will identify opportunities and risks while shaping talent, culture and organisational effectiveness initiatives. Working closely with leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will lead projects, support organisational change and deliver people solutions that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities include
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic workforce planning, people insights and commercially focused solutions that support business growth.
- Lead talent, succession and capability initiatives, identifying future workforce needs and developing high-performing talent pipelines.
- Drive organisational design, transformation and change programs, including restructures, workforce optimisation and business improvement initiatives.
- Influence performance and leadership effectiveness by embedding a high-performance culture, improving capability and supporting employee development.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, governance and people risk, balancing commercial, operational and legal considerations.
- Champion culture, engagement and strategic people projects, using workforce data and insights to enhance employee experience, retention and business outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience supporting leaders within a fast-paced commercial organisation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex people issues.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in delivery and execution of people initiatives.
- Solid HR generalist experience across performance, employee relations, organisational development and talent management.
