Key Responsibilities
- Manual handling qualifications and experience.
- Provide one-on-one support aligned with personalised care plans
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, meal prep, transport, and social/recreational activities
- Develop clients’ living, employment, and life skills through goal-oriented support
- Facilitate community access and group participation
- Promote client independence, choice, and decision-making
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
Essential Requirements
- Cert III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
- Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting people with disabilities
- Valid: Driver’s Licence + Reliable/Insured Vehicle + Smartphone
- Current Checks: WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Modules: Completed Worker Orientation + Infection Prevention Control training
- Skills: Empathy, adaptability, conflict resolution, and tech proficiency (Microsoft Office)
