Customer Experience and Improvement Coordinator
Temporary 18-month Contract – Full Time

LET’S EXPLORE THE JOB In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of Council’s Voice of Customer program and customer experience improvement framework, creating a consistent organisation-wide approach to capturing, analysing and applying customer feedback, insights and service data. As part of the Customer Experience leadership team, you will help connect customer insights with organisational priorities, supporting better planning, service design and continuous improvement.
You will take a hands-on leadership approach across customer insights, quality assurance and knowledge management, while also contributing directly to activities such as customer research, journey mapping, surveys, insight reporting and improvement tracking. Working closely with teams across Council, you will translate feedback and service data into practical recommendations that help improve experiences for our customers and community.

Our ideal candidate is a cooperative,
strategic and curious customer experience professional who can see the story behind the data and turn insights into action. You will bring sound experience in customer research or insight-led service improvement, with the confidence to influence stakeholders, guide teams and embed customer-centred thinking across an organisation.
You will also bring demonstrated skills in analysing complex customer, operational and service data, using human-centred design methods to understand needs, identify pain points and support measurable service improvements. Your leadership and stakeholder engagement skills will help build capability, align work programs and support better outcomes for our customers.

- Competitive salary from $105,134 - $122,182 a year plus 12% superannuation
- Temporary 18-month Contract
- 35 hours per week
