Job Description

The Tasmanian Health Service invites applications for a Community Registered Nurse role based at Rosebery Community Health Centre on Tasmania's West Coast. This permanent position offers either full-time or part time hours, with day and shift options up to 76 hours per fortnight.

You will provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing care across remote communities, including chronic disease management, wound care and palliative support, working with a multidisciplinary team.
