About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Labourer / Productions worker / Assembler to join our busy workshop team. In this hands-on role, you will build, assemble, and prepare high-quality marine pontoons . If you take pride in practical work, know your way around power tools, and thrive in a team workplace, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Assembling modular pontoon frames, floats, and decking in accordance with specifications.
n
- Operating hand and power tools safely (drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws).
n
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately.
n
- Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and yard organisation.
n
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
n
- Experience using basic hand and power tools safely and accurately.
n
- Ability to handle heavy lifting, bending, and manual labour throughout the shift.
n
- Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong commitment to quality and workshop safety.
n
