Work Type: Hybrid A global technology business is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its transport solutions portfolio across international markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for product strategy, roadmap execution, commercial performance, and people leadership across a broad suite of telematics, connected mobility, hardware, software, and partner-integrated solutions.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, marketing, and customer teams to deliver market-leading solutions for the transport and logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and portfolio direction
- Build business cases and support major investment decisions
- Use customer, market, competitor, and performance data to shape priorities
- Lead cross-functional delivery and go-to-market alignment
- Oversee pricing, commercial performance, and lifecycle management
- Coach and develop a high-performing product team
- Influence senior stakeholders across a global, matrixed organisation

About You

- Extensive product leadership experience in enterprise SaaS and/or IoT hardware
- Strong background in transport, logistics, fleet,



telematics, or mobility
- Proven success leading product teams in a complex global workplace
- Commercially strong, with experience in pricing, business cases, and KPI ownership
- Comfortable working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and AI-enabled product tools is advantageous
- Relevant tertiary qualifications required; MBA or postgraduate study highly regarded
