? Clerk Grade 11/12

? Location: Negotiable - any DPIRD office location within NSW

? Open to all ongoing and temporary DPIRD employees

About the Role The Manager - Policy is responsible for leading a team to provide expert policy advice and drive research and analytical activities to support the development, implementation and review of resource policy frameworks and the delivery of Departmental objectives.

Key functions of the role:

- Lead staff in the research and analysis of policy issues, contribute to the development of effective policy solutions and legislative and regulatory reforms that meet the needs of government,



community and industry
- Provide expert advice on the strategic direction, issues, trends and policies relating to legislative and policy matters impacting resources and energy issues to support informed decision making and program development
