Making Waves Early Education Centre is a family-owned, community-focused service that is passionate about providing exceptional care and education for children. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated room assistant to join our warm, collaborative team on a full-time basis (5 days per week), and a trainee educator to start a career in early childhood education, with fixed shift times to support a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role

Certificate III Educator and Trainee Educator

n

n
- Newly completed Cert III graduates strongly encouraged to apply
n
- Full-time position
n
- Supportive onboarding and mentoring
n

n

We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed to providing exceptional early childhood education.

n

Applicants must have either:

n

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or currently working towards a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care or ready and willing to commence a traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care.

n

You will also have:

n

Current Working with Children Check.

n

Current approved First Aid, CPR,



Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, child safety training certificate.

n

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

A genuine passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments for babies.
