Opportunity

We are seeking an experiencedField Service Supervisorto join ourKalgoorlie team. This is a key leadership role responsible for leading and supporting a team of field service tradespeople, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

n

Based in Kalgoorlie, you will coordinate labour, subcontractors, parts and resources while working closely with customers and internal teams to maximise equipment availability, service quality and customer satisfaction.

n

About You

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Relevant trade qualification and sound knowledge of earthmoving equipment.
n
- Previous experience supervising tradespeople.
n
- Understanding of labour recovery and service productivity.
n
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
n
- Excellent planning, organisation and resource allocation skills.
n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance.
n
- Computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills.
n
- Service department P&L; knowledge and WHS/supervisory training would be advantageous.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead, coach and support field service personnel.
n




- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, parts and resources to meet customer requirements.
n
- Monitor job progress, repair times, labour recovery and work-in-progress.
n
- Ensure work is completed safely, correctly and on time.
n
- Provide quotations and ensure accurate job and warranty documentation.
n
- Drive continuous improvement and minimise rework and customer complaints.
n
- Coordinate field service vehicles, tools and equipment.
n
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture.
n
- Support apprentice training and provide after-hours service support when required.
n
