Ciaron Maher Racing is seeking an experienced and motivatedAssistant Trainerto join our team in a hands-on leadership role. This is an exciting prospect to work within one of Australia's premier racing operations, helping oversee the day-to-day management of a world-class stable.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily training operations
n
- Support the NSW Assistant Trainer in the running of the stable
n
- Oversee horse care and welfare
n
- Coordinate staff and daily stable activities
n
- Lead by example in a hands-on role
n

About You
n
n
- Previous racing industry experience is essential
n
- Excellent staff management and coordination skills
n
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
n
- Passionate about horse welfare and achieving high performance
n
- Reliable, organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
