Job responsibilities:

- Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards.

- Perform focused reassessments and escalation concerns through appropriate clinical channels.

- Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
n
- Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.

- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
