Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to lead and grow Luxury Escapes’ Retail Distribution channel across Agent Hub, independent agency, affiliate and broader B2B partnerships.

This is a senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for growing profitable partner revenue, developing current distribution opportunities and building the capability required to scale the channel. You’ll lead a team of three BDMs, report to the General Manager – Retail Distribution and work across Commercial, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology, Marketing and Customer Support.

What you'll do:

- Lead, coach and develop the Retail Distribution team, setting clear revenue and activity expectations, creating accountability and managing performance
- Own and execute the Retail Distribution strategy across Agent Hub, independent agency, affiliate and broader B2B channels
- Own channel performance against financial targets, with a focus on revenue quality, margin, profitability and partner economics
- Build and manage a targeted pipeline, identifying, assessing,



negotiating and onboarding high-value partners
- Grow trusted relationships with key retail, affiliate, agency and distribution partners, using segmentation and targeted plans to increase contribution
- Lead the development of the independent agency strategy, including growing Agent Hub and expanding the independent agent network
- Develop new partner propositions and commercial models that improve advisor engagement, distribution growth and long-term channel value
- Work with Product and Technology to improve partner onboarding, booking workflows, CRM, reporting, commission management, servicing and distribution capability
- Improve the operating model across onboarding, training, commercial administration, servicing, escalation pathways and performance management
- Establish performance metrics, support trade marketing and partner communications, resolve senior partner and customer escalations, and use market and partner insight to improve channel performance
