As a Claims Consultant, you'll assess life insurance claims when customers are impacted by illness or injury and are unable to work for a period of time.
You will be our customers main service provider. Some of your work will include:
- Review insurance policies and claim information
- Analyse medical, vocational and financial documentation
- Assess eligibility against the cover they have
- Apply professional judgement to make fair decisions
- Communicate outcomes clearly and confidently
- Partner with customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Provide benefit payments and support.
This is highly engaging role where every claim presents unique circumstances and requires thoughtful decision making.
