and you understand the importance of handling sensitive information carefully
- You're proactive! If something needs following up, fixing or organising, you're already onto it
- You enjoy being part of the wider business and are happy to pitch in beyond your immediate responsibilities
- Strong systems skills are a given, and you're confident navigating Microsoft Office and picking up recent platforms
- Most importantly, you're dependable, switched on, and someone people genuinely enjoy working with
A snapshot of your role…
- Keep senior leaders organised across busy diaries, changing priorities, meetings, and day-to-day commitments
- Take ownership of domestic and international travel, pulling together seamless plans from start to finish
- Coordinate client engagements, leadership meetings, team events, and functions, making sure every detail is covered
- Get involved in business projects, research, and presentation preparation, working across different teams when required
- Draft and prepare high-quality communications, documents, and meeting materials on behalf of senior stakeholders
- Be a key presence in the Sydney office, helping with suppliers, facilities, deliveries, workplace requirements, and general office coordination
