Your Role

We are looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to support our team and community. Ability and flexibility to work in both Byron and Mullumbimby locations ideal.

Your Responsibility

- Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.

- Keep our shelves stocked, tidy and looking amazing.

- Help customers find hidden gems (and maybe spot a few for yourself!).

- Process sales and donations with accuracy and care.

- Work with volunteers and teammates to keep the store running smoothly.

- Bring energy, creativity and great vibes to every shift.

You Will Need

- Retail or customer service experience - bonus points if you love fashion or styling!

- A people first approach – friendly, approachable and customer focused.

- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours when needed.

- Strong communication and time management skills.
