About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join a leading logistics team in Melbourne. You will be the key link between Sales, Customers, and Operations, ensuring new and transitioning customers are onboarded smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands‑on role, perfect for someone with a Customer Service or Operations background who enjoys coordinating across teams and managing short implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise between Sales, Customers,



and Operations to capture requirements and manage scope
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and manage implementation progress
- Set up customers in internal systems
- Work with IT and process teams on automation, reporting, and SOPs
- Support local and international teams to ensure requirements are understood
- Provide post‑implementation support

What We're Looking For

- Experience in Customer Service or Operations, in Freight Forwarding
- Solid communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working across teams and managing short projects
- Strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction

Up to $95,000 + super (pending experience level)
