We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team on a maximum-term contract through to 28 February 2027.

This is an exciting chance for an experienced HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, providing trusted advice,



navigating complex people matters and contributing to initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and culture. You will work closely with managers across the organisation to provide practical, solution-focused advice and support across the employee lifecycle.

About the Role

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across Lives Lived Well, supporting the delivery of high-quality people services that align with our values, strategic priorities and organisational goals.

You will play a key role in supporting managers to navigate employee relations matters, workforce challenges and people initiatives while helping to build leadership capability throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing timely, accurate and practical advice across the employee lifecycle.
