We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing &Communications; Coordinator to join our Strategy, Growth &Innovation; team on an 8 month fixed term contract with apossibility of extension. This is a diverse and exciting role thatsupports the delivery of marketing, communications, digitalcontent, events, and engagement initiatives that strengthen RCR'sbrand, support business growth, and enhance employeeengagement.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you willcoordinate and deliver a wide range of marketing and communicationactivities across the business. Working closely with internalstakeholders and external service providers, you will coordinatecampaigns, digital content, marketing collateral, events andcorporate communications that align with RCR's strategicobjectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns and promotionalactivities, monitoring performance and preparing reports.
- Create and manage content across digital channels,including websites, social media, email marketing, and internalcommunication platforms.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures,presentations, case studies, newsletters, videos, andpromotional materials.
- Assist with internal communications, employee engagementinitiatives, and company announcements.
- Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, andother marketing activities.
- Work with external suppliers, agencies, and stakeholders todeliver marketing projects and initiatives.
- Maintain brand assets and ensure marketing materials alignwith the company brand guidelines.
- Support the development and implementation of marketingstrategies and business growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes,systems,



and content management practices.

Qualifications. Skills and Experience

Essential

- Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, PublicRelations, Business, or a related discipline.
- Approximately three years' experience in marketing,communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects andmanage competing deadlines.
- High level of digital literacy and proficiency withMicrosoft Office applications.
- Experience creating and coordinating content across a rangeof digital channels.
- Experience creating marketing collateral and brandedcontent.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-buildingskills.

Desirable

- Experience with social media management and analyticsplatforms.
- Experience using website content management systems(CMS).
- Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva experience.
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, conferences,or customer engagement activities.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity or marketingtools.
